What is ethicability®?

ethicability® is a framework that helps people stop, think - and then do the right thing. Although it works well at the personal level, the framework is most effective when used by groups such as boards, senior managers or any workplace team.

Good decision-making is a social, group-based activity. That's why the tick-box online ethics training adopted by so many organizations over the last few years has been so ineffective in changing actual behaviour and culture. Online ethics training may be relatively inexpensive, but the economic, social and environmental costs we now face as a result of people patently doing the wrong thing, demonstrates the bad thinking behind ethics education on the cheap.

So please stop. Think about the value of good thinking for your organization. And then do the right thing...
